This website is primarily an information and enquiry site. The main way we collect personal data is when you complete our booking and contact form. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect and process:

• Contact details — your name, company name, email address, and (if you choose to provide it) phone number, submitted through our booking and contact form.
• Enquiry details — the nature of your enquiry and any message you send us about your business and requirements.
• Technical data — limited information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as approximate location, browser and device type, and aggregated usage data, via our hosting provider and privacy-friendly analytics (see Section 8).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate this website and respond to enquiries, acting on our instructions:

• Vercel — website and form hosting.
• n8n (self-hosted on Elestio / Hetzner, EU) — processing and routing of form submissions.
• Google (Workspace, Sheets, Gmail) — storing enquiry records and sending our email correspondence and alerts.
• Legal or regulatory authorities — only where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Each provider is bound by their own data protection obligations, and we only share the data necessary for them to perform their function.

Enquiry data is stored within Google Workspace and processed via our EU-hosted automation. Some providers (such as Vercel and Google) may process data outside the UK, including in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards required by the UK GDPR — such as UK adequacy regulations for EU/EEA transfers, or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to other countries.

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. In practice, we retain contact and enquiry data for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted, unless we have an ongoing relationship or are required to keep it longer by law.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to how we process your data.
